Growing up in Denver, my parents taught my brother and me that no matter how much or how little we had, there was always an opportunity to give back.

 

One holiday season while volunteering at the Denver Rescue Mission, I saw a mother in tears because she didn’t know how she would provide for her children during the holidays. That moment changed me.

 

It reminded me that behind every statistic is a family—and every child deserves hope.

 

Although my career has taken me away from Denver, my heart has always remained here. That’s why I created The Gift of Hope, an annual holiday celebration through InspiHER Collective benefiting the Denver Rescue Mission.

 

My hope is simple: that every child experiences the joy of Christmas and knows their community cares. Returning home to give back to the city that shaped me is one of the greatest honors of my life.
